Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions:

Your room at Fairways Guest House will be ready from 4pm on the day of your arrival.  Check in times are between  4pm and 8pm daily.  We ask for rooms to be vacated by no later than 10am on the day of your departure.  We can sometimes accommodate luggage prior to your check in time and after your departure, please contact us and we can let you know.

Reservation:

A deposit equal to the value of your first night will be required for all reservations and the full payment will be required upon arrival.

Group Reservations:

Fairways Guest House do not accept group reservation or parties via  any booking system.  Should you make a reservation, Fairways Guest House reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately without Fairways Guest House incurring any penalties. 

Cancellation Policy:

We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance as deposits are non-refundable.   Should you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date the full payment for your stay is liable.

Guest responsibility:

• Guests are expected to behave properly and in such a manner as to cause no annoyance or distress to other guests, neighbours or owners.
• Guests who are unwilling or unable to comply, at our discretion, will be asked to leave the premises.
• No refund of any monies will be given.
• Fairways Guest House request that guests respect our quiet times which are between 10pm and 7am. 
• Only paying guests are allowed in the Guest House.   For everyone's security CCTV is used at the Guest House premises.  

Car Parking:

Fairways Guest House  does not have parking however you may park on the surrounding roads or alternatively in one of the council car parks within a few minutes walk of the guest house. 

Pets:

We do not accept pets - sorry! 

Smoking:

It is against the law to smoke anywhere on the Guest House premises, should anybody contravene this law, Fairways Guest House management have no choice other than to ask the persons involved to leave the Guest House.   There will be NO REFUND for days left on the booking.  This ruling is for the health and safety of all our guests and employees.

Please bring your own towels for use on the beach.

No cooking facilities are available for guests at Fairways Guest House,.  It is against the law to bring any cooking equipment into the Guest House.

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions including tarriffs without prior notice.
