Rooms

Fairways Guest House  has 8 guest bedrooms, all rooms are en-suite with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.   Wi-fi is available throughout the Guest House.   All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities,  freeview tv and radio, a ceiling fan for those warmer nights and are no smoking and no pets.  All rooms are accessed by stairs.  We are unable to accept groups or parties.

Room 1

A larger double room at the front of the house with a smaller but fully serviceable bathroom.   For a maximum of 2 guests this room is accessible by 1 flight of stairs. 

Room 2  

A larger double room at the front of the house with a smaller but fully serviceable bathroom.  For a maximum of 2 guests this room is accessible by 1 flight of stairs. 

Room 3   

A slightly smaller double room at the back of the house with a smaller but fully serviceable bathroom.  For a maximum of 2 guests this room is accessible by 1 flight of stairs. 

Room 4

A double room at the back of the house with an excellent sea view and a slightly smaller but fully serviceable bathroom.  For a maximum of 2 guests this room is accessible by 1 flight of stairs. 

Room 5

A smaller double room at the front of the house with a smaller but fully serviceable bathroom.   For a maximum of 2 guests this room is accessible by 2 flights of stairs. 

Room 6   

A twin room at the front of the house with a smaller but fully serviceable bathroom.   For a maximum of 2 guests this room is accessible by 2 flights of stairs. 

Room 7 

A double room at the back of the house with an excellent sea view and a larger bathroom. For a maximum of 2 guests this room is accessible by 2 flights of stairs. 

Room 8 

A twin room at the back of the house with an excellent sea view and a larger bathroom.   For a maximum of 2 guests this room is accessible by 2 flights of stairs.
