We have 8 en-suite guest bedrooms, each accommodating a maximum of 2 guests. All rooms have showers, toilets and wash hand basins. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities, freeview tv, free WiFi and a ceiling fan for those warmer nights.
We do not accept group bookings or pets.

Fairways Guest House is a small family run Guest House providing accommodation with a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Joanne and Darren make every effort to make your stay enjoyable. We are just a 2 minute walk from Newquay Town centre which has a good range of food, drink and retail outlets of all types from trendy bars, fine dining restaurants and a balanced mix of independent and national shops .
Rates
Our rates are dependent on the time of year, number of guests staying and the duration of your stay. All direct bookings will have a reduction of 5% against online booking channel rates. Please contact us for the rates for your stay.
